  • Before calling us, please check your email to make sure that all the products were ordered.
  • Your order list will include all the products you ordered
  • In case of cash on delivery, you will be charged only for the products that you have received
  • If you have made an online payment, your amount will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days and you will be notified about the same
Our service partners strive to ensure that your Wiakum package is received in the best condition. However, sometimes you may find the product or the packaging to be damaged. This could happen due to damage during transportation, or defective product.

In such a situation:

  • Once you place a request to return an item, the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item for FREE
  • Make sure that the product is unopened, original box and/or packaging is intact with all labels and barcodes on it. In case of appliances and devices, if you have opened the box, please keep the product back into the original box and make sure all labels and barcodes on it
  • Our assigned courier service will contact you to arrange for product pick-up. Please note, the item can be returned to us only through one of our assigned courier services
  • If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
  • The items that cannot be returned are:
    • Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
    • When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned
    • Items that fall into the below product Categories: Beauty , Fragrances , cosmetics including Skin & Hair care products
Your order was cancelled for one or more of the following reasons:
  • Items you ordered are not available anymore.
  • Technical failure resulting in incomplete online order.
  • You cancelled the order yourself.
  • An error occurred in the payment.
We regularly restock our warehouses and the products are often available within a week. Please check the website regularly. When products are available, the icon “Add to Shopping Cart” will be displayed on the product page.

If a product becomes ‘out of stock’ after you add it to the shopping cart, you won’t be able to complete your order until you remove it. If it gets out of stick after the order was placed, you will be notified through an SMS or an email about the non-availability.

If a product is ‘Out of stock’, you won’t be able to order it.

You can login to the site and see your previous shopping cart or orders from the ‘My Orders’ page in ‘My Account’ section, which shows all the details of your purchases.
  • You will have 7 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered provided that the product is unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it.
  • If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
  • In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 7 day returns.
  • The item can be returned to us only though one of our assigned courier services.

Wiakum.com offers 2 years of warranty on health devices and wellbeing products.

Wiakum.com replacement warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. In instances where a product is bought through a seller that is not Wiakum, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

The replacement warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to replacement of defective product. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

Replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer policy.
