You will have 7 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered provided that the product is unopened, the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 7 day returns.
The item can be returned to us only though one of our assigned courier services.
Once you place a request to return an item, and in case you are eligible for free return as per the conditions mentioned, the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item for FREE.
In the case of purchase with the feature of Cash on delivery, and when wanting to return the product, provided that the aforementioned conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded in the Wiakum e-wallet, where the balance can be used for a new purchase at any time and without a specified period of time
In the case of a request from Wiakum and paying through a credit card or Mada, the money will be refunded through the same card.
